COTTAGE RENTAL RATES 2006:
WEEKLY RATES:
Friday to Friday - $450 + 9% taxes + $50 damage deposit. Price based on four people. Six people maximum if at least two are children. $50 per week each additional person over four. Weekly rate is $475+ 9% taxes + $50 damage deposit for reservations made after FEB 1.
DAILY RATE: $95 per night + 9% taxes + $50 security deposit . 2 night minimum weekends. 3 night minimum week days. Price based on four people. Six people maximum if at least two are children. $10 per night each additional person over four.
MONTHLY AND SEASONAL RATES UPON REQUEST
RESERVATION POLICY: $200 deposit due within two weeks to confirm reservation. Reservations will not be held if deposit is not received by due date. Make check payable to: Shore Haven Cottages. Mail deposit to: John / Marian Novak, 530 Tomahawk Dr, Elizabeth, PA 15037. Your canceled check is your receipt. Balance due at Check In. Cash, money order, or travelers checks only for balance due. We do not accept charge cards.
Check In: Fri 3:00 PM. Check Out: Fri 10:00 AM.
No Refunds for early departures or late arrivals, No exceptions.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $50.00 Per Cottage required. Damage deposit will be returned to you at check out time if cottage is left clean and nothing is damaged or missing.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit will be returned once the cottage/boat has been Re - Rented for the Same Dates less (-) a $50.00 Cancellation Fee. Deposit is Forfeited if cottage/boat is not Re-Rented for Same Dates.
DAYTIME VISITOR(S) / OVERNIGHT GUEST(S) POLICY: Cottages are for registered guests only. Please consult with us Prior to your arrival before inviting guests to your cottage. Additional charges may apply. No sleeping in tents, RV’s, vehicles, etc.
VEHICLE / PARKING POLICY: All customers & guests must park in their designated parking spaces. Limit 2 vehicles per cottage and 1 boat/ trailer.
BOAT DOCK / MOORING POLICY: One dock space per cottage for customer's boat. $25 docking / mooring fee per boat per week. Additional boats need to make prior arrangements with us.
