Price does not include gas or sales tax. Gas tanks are filled when boat is rented &
must be returned full.
RULES
1. Boat will be checked daily. Boat must be cleaned and both gas tanks filled before
returning.
2. Maximum 8 people on the pontoon boat. 2 person limit on the 12’ fishing boat.
3. Person operating the boat must be knowledgeable in the operation and handling
of the boat. He/She must know the boating laws and regulations, and is
responsible for the safety of all passengers.
4. Drinking of alcohol or using drugs is prohibited while operating boat. An
intoxicated person is not permitted to operate or use the boat. No alcoholic
beverages or drugs permitted on boat.
5. We reserve the right to decide if boat is not to be taken out due to bad weather and
safety reasons.
6. Boat must be in before dark. Do not beach boat except in emergency. Lift motor when
going ashore.
7. Renter is responsible for boat and accessories while in their use. Renter will be
charged current retail price and labor, if applicable, for any broken, damaged or
missing parts and/or accessories.This includes but is not limited to; anchors, ropes, oars,
life preservers, gates, propeller.Damage to seats, table top and/or carpeting such as; tears
and holes caused by fishing hooks, knives, cigarette burns, etc.
8. No grills of any type or heaters are permitted on the boat.
9. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $100.00 damage deposit is required. Deposit is refunded if
boat is returned cleaned and swept, both tanks full of gas, and nothing is damaged or
missing on boat.
